1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the phfamos website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using any part of the phfamos Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.2 phfamos reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.3 These Terms apply to all users of the phfamos Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

2. Eligibility

2.1 To register and use the phfamos Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phfamos, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the phfamos Platform.

2.2 phfamos reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at phfamos's sole discretion.

2.3 It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the phfamos Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. phfamos makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in all locations.

3. Account Registration

3.1 To access the full features of the phfamos Platform, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate.

3.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) phfamos account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phfamos login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. phfamos will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 phfamos may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3.5 phfamos reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close any existing account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 phfamos accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform from time to time. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as specified on the cashier page and may be updated without prior notice.

4.2 All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. phfamos does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated player account suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. phfamos aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval, and bank transfers within the same business day, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and verification status of your account.

4.4 phfamos reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending the completion of identity verification, fraud checks, or investigation of suspected bonus abuse or prohibited conduct.

4.5 All transactions on the phfamos Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 phfamos may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as communicated at the time of the offer.

5.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 phfamos reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, collusion, or other prohibited means will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

5.4 Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Players may not combine bonuses unless the promotion terms specifically permit it.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 All games available on the phfamos Platform are provided by certified third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

6.2 phfamos uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. All RNG systems are independently audited to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable standards.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phfamos reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. phfamos shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

6.4 phfamos reserves the right to void any bet or game result that is the product of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical fault, regardless of whether the error was apparent at the time of the wager.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phfamos Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward phfamos staff or other players.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or responsible gaming measures implemented by phfamos.

7.2 phfamos reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 phfamos is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options to help players manage their gaming activity.

8.2 Players who wish to self-exclude from the phfamos Platform may do so by contacting the phfamos support team via live chat. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and will remain in effect for the period requested by the player.

9. Intellectual Property

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phfamos Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of phfamos.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phfamos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.2 phfamos does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of vir uses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10.3 phfamos's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phfamos account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Termination

11.1 You may close your phfamos account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

11.2 phfamos reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if phfamos reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

11.3 Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

12. Disputes

12.1 If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the phfamos Platform, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. phfamos will endeavor to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

12.2 In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, the matter may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

12.3 Game results and transaction records as recorded by phfamos's systems shall be the definitive record for the purposes of resolving any dispute, in the absence of manifest error.

13. Amendments

13.1 phfamos reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phfamos will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.2 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the phfamos Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

14. Governing Law

14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

14.2 Nothing in this clause shall limit phfamos's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
